Kyuji Fujikawa

Kyuji Fujikawa (kanji: 藤川 球児, born July 21, 1980 in Kochi, Japan) is an Japanese baseball pitcher for the Hanshin Tigers. He represented Japan in the 2006 World Baseball Classic. His first name, Kyuji, is said to ogiginate from that he was born on the day after the day his father became a no-hitter in the game in amateur baseball. He was a classmate of Ryoko Hirosue (広末 涼子) in his junior high school days.
