[edit] Re: Nicaragua
I don't know what to tell ya. I'm tempted to protect the article but I'm not sure that'd help. It seems to just be a never ending battle. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 08:41, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
- If this continues beyond the next 2 or 3 days, I will protect the page. --WoohookittyWoohoo! 09:51, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Thank you
Thanks for remaining cool and being a model Wikipedian while working on the Nicaragua article. Hopefully we can get it up to to A-Class status soon! I willing to help as much as I can, though I am busy as a bee with other things. I'll do my best though :) JeffreyN 23:55, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sockpuppetry Case
I suggest you give more evidence that Matteo747, Holand and Guacamaya are sockpuppets. I doubt that PA's makes a very convincing case. Consider going to WP:RFCU to prove your evidence. Thank You. --K.Z Talk • Vandal • Contrib 09:02, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Hello
Thanks for getting in touch. I'm always glad to see more people interested in Cambodia and Khmer-related articles. First of all, about my comments, I was by no means suggesting that contributors who aren't (or aren't yet) college graduates don't produce valuable content. That couldn't be further from my beliefs. However I was expressing my concerns that, because of the lack of academics who are specialists in the area, the articles here are prone to POV commentary and inaccurate or misleading edits based on propaganda, myth/legend and cultural biases. One doesn't have to be college-educated to be NPOV and contribute verifiable facts. Anyway, my interests in Cambodia are mainly linguistics, history and socio-cultural issues.--William Thweatt Talk | Contribs 22:01, 5 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] About Sock puppet case 190.53.15.171
Sorry! It's pretty clear that they are sockpuppets - the checkuser sees to that, but I wanted other opinions before I made my first ever block to all of them, but I think a week to a month would suffice. Adam Cuerden talk 09:35, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
- Right. I've done what I think was fair. Adam Cuerden talk 14:20, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Keep Up the Good Work
Hi LaNicoya, I was reviewing some of your recent Nicaragua/Managua edits. Thanks for all the great contributions! I am glad you are able to transcend some of the critisisms of people with closed minds.--Agrofe 15:20, 10 March 2007 (UTC)
—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Sitsi (talk • contribs) 03:51, 3 April 2007 (UTC).--Sitsi 03:54, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
