Leo Amy Falcam (born November 20, 1935) is a Micronesian political figure. He was born in Pohnpei. He served as governor of Pohnpei from 1979 to 1983 and as vice-president of Micronesia from 1997 to 1999. He then served as the fifth president of the Federated States of Micronesia from May 11, 1999 to May 11, 2003. In March 2003 he lost his parliamentary seat during elections, denying him a chance at a second term.
