State Routes |
In the U.S. state of New York, U.S. Routes are maintained by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT). Unlike in some other states, U.S. Routes in New York are not always referenced by NYSDOT with their number. Instead, U.S. Routes have a "U" suffixed to their number if there is duplication between a U.S. Route and a state route.
