[edit] Merge

Thanks for your feedback regarding my work on the list of nicknames of European royalty and noblity.
I have changed most of the capitalized nicknames according to your feedback. I capitalized the nicknames because I have trouble reading small letters so I find it very difficult when I add to, or edit, my work. However, I do appreciate your suggestion.
I'm a newcomer to Wikipedia and thus not so familiar with its policies. I am merely a list-maker and not a writer, historian or researcher. English is not even my first language.
Regarding merging my work with "List of Monarchs by Nickname", I prefer that we keep them as separate articles for the simple reason that "Nicknames of European Royalty and Nobility" is more comprehensive and inclusive. My article is a work-in-progress so it will still grow longer with more entries as I continue scouring the Internet.
Cheers.
- That this list is longer, doesn't mean they don't have to be merged. The question is do we merge this list into the other or the other one in here. This one is longer but not at all formatted or linked to the relevant articles (although it is rapidly improving now). I thought it would be better to start from a wel-formatted article and introduce the missing entries, than to apply a good formatting to the enormous article that we have here. If the two articles contain the same information, keeping them as separate articles is out of the question. What you're doing now is ok, but in the end the articles will have to be merged so I think we better merge first and complete later. Piet 08:57, 24 April 2006 (UTC)
