[edit] 'Teen'
P. Diddy will be turning 40 sometime in the 2000s.. and yall call him a 'teen' idol HAHAHAHHAHA thats f***ing pathetic. And its not an isolated case, this article needs a MAJOR review and fix-up. -Shabad
[edit] Formatting rules for lists
I just reorganized this list to use the "Lastname, Firstname" format. Whoever originally wrote this list used the reprehensible "Firstname Lastname" format for ordering. Please don't do that again. Avalyn 05:03, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sources
I'm currently sourcing the list in accordance with Wikipedia's No Original Research and Verifiability policies. Basically, anyone described by a reliable source as a "teen idol" (or "teen star", or anything reasonably similar) can be on the list. Here are the people I couldn't find anything for. If you have a reliable source that fits that please restore the names:

[edit] Teen Idols from the Philippines, Korea, Japan, China, Mexico, etc.
I just added more Filipino, Mexican, Chinese and Korean teen idols. Would or wouldn't be popular to the American/Global audiences? There are more teen idols in Asia than here in America.
[edit] Removing international teen idols
Why the hell are you removing those international (non-American) teen idols? They're also popular for teenagers!
- Jerry Yan - Taiwanese/Hong Kong
- Jasmine Trias - Filipino-American
- Ha-Ash - Mexico
- Angel Locsin - Philippines
- Sarah Geronimo - Philippines
- F4 - Taiwan
- Natalia Lafourcade - Mexico
Stop removing them!
