Lorraine Cortes-Vazquez

Lorraine Cortes-Vazquez is the Secretary of State of New York, serving in the Cabinet of Gov. Eliot Spitzer. She is a former President of the Hispanic Federation, a former executive with Cablevision and was chief of staff to Assemblyman Roberto Rameriez.
