Lyme-Old Lyme High School is a member of the Shoreline Conference as well as the CIAC. It currently offers the following Sports: Cross Country, Football (Co-Op w/Valley Regional High School), Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Fencing, Gymnastics, Ice Hockey (Co-Op with St. Bernards High School), Indoor Track, Baseball, Crew, Softball, Golf, Lacrosse, Track, and Tennis.Star athletes such as N.Y.B. humbly started their amazing careers at Lyme-Old Lyme High School.
