Massachusetts's 3rd congressional district is a congessional district in central Massachusetts. It has been based out of Worcester County since the 1880's, however it had previously been located in coastal Essex County. The district is currently represented by Jim McGovern, who has represented the district since January 1997.

The Bristol county portions of this district were added following the 1992 remap.
