[edit] Name change
I propose this is article is changed to "Meg (film)" as there are plenty of significant things called 'Meg' that the disambiguation page should be 'Meg'. There seems no reason (other than commercial) that an as-yet unreleased film should hog this article title. - CharlesC 11:14, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
I think it should be removed altogether, until a film is actually made. Nanaharas 05:13, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
I agree. Wikipedia should not become a public relation instrument. - Bernie.
[edit] Made proper changes to article
There is no evidence the film is being released in 2008, it has not even been greenlit. I kept in some of the things the original writer said about the purchase, since I can neither confirm nor dispute them. The rest however was all POV, the changes are the current facts.Nanaharas 03:14, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Updated Info
I updated with information from Variety and comingsoon.net.Johnpedia 23:27, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- The film has NOT been greenlit. Variety saying it 'may' go forward does not mean it is greenlit. I have chnaged it back.Nanaharas 00:53, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

- I removed the information you put on because it has nothing to do with any film called Meg(there is none). This is NOT a message board for every little press release and pennies worth of info about what happens before the actual production process begins. Nanaharas 02:51, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
