Merrett-Murray Medal
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Merrett-Murray Medal has been awarded annually since 1997, to the player adjudged the Brisbane Lions Club Champion over the immediately preceding AFL season. It is named after Roger Merrett, widely regarded as the best player to have represented the Brisbane Bears and Kevin Murray, the 1969 Brownlow Medalist who played for the Fitzroy Lions.
