Michael Egan (1761 - 1814) was a U.S. (Irish-born) Catholic bishop. He was the first Catholic bishop of Philadelphia between 1808 and 1814.
Conwell-Egan Catholic High School in Fairless Hills, PA is named in his (and Henry Conwell's) honor.[1]
