Mile Sterjovski (Macedonian cyrillic: Миле Стерјовски) (born on May 27, 1979 in Wollongong, New South Wales) is an Australian football (soccer) midfielder of Ethnic Macedonian origin, who currently plays for FC Basel in the Swiss Super League and the Australian national team. He was a member of the Australian national team at the under 20 1999 World Youth Cup finals in Nigeria and also competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
He made his Australian national team debut against Scotland in 2000 and has previously played for Lille OSC in Ligue 1, Parramatta Power, Sydney United and Wollongong Wolves in Australia. He joined Basel from Lille in the summer of 2004.
Sterjovski was selected to represent Australia at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. In the build-up, he made an appearance in the Australia vs. Greece friendly at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and also played against Liechtenstein, scoring the first goal for the Socceroos in a 3-1 win. In Germany he started against Brazil and against Croatia.
