Milkshake! is a television programming block on Five, which debuted in 1997, and it is shown on weekdays and Sundays from 6a.m to 9a.m. respectively. It is shown on Saturdays from 2005, debuting at 7am instead of 6am for the hour of Sunrise, 6am to 6.55am
Milkshake! runs for six hours, 6am-12pm, from 16 October 2006, on Five Life.

There are many presenters around the programme. The longest serving presenter is Naomi Wilkinson (1997-), before Kemi Majeks joining her (1999-) and Beth Evans (2005-). And a few other names, Jen Pringle, Andrew McEwan and Hannah Williams, all joined in 2006.
