Minnesota State Highway 81 was the designation for two different highways in Minnesota.

The original Trunk Highway 81 ran north from what is now TH-200 to Crookston. It was eliminated when U.S. Route 75 was realigned to this road in the mid-1950s.

When U.S. 52 was duplexed with Interstate 94 upon its completion in 1982, the section from Highway 100 to I-94 was designated TH-81. This route was turned back to Hennepin County in 1988, and is now County Road 81.
