Police Academy: Mission to Moscow is a 1994 comedy crime film starring George Gaynes, Michael Winslow, David Graf, and Claire Forlani (in her feature film debut). It was directed by Alan Metter and written by Neal Israel, Pat Proft, Randolph Davis and Michele S. Chodos. The movie made only $126,247 in the U.S., making it the least successful movie in the series.

This movie is the only one in the series to not make over a million dollars. Critics state that the jokes in the movie do not make sense, as exampled in one scene when a character breaks a hole in the wall with an ice bucket stuck to the head.
