The Motorola E365 was an ODM-model dual band mobile phone first released in China in 2003.

The phone features a 128x160 pixel 65,000 color TFT LCD screen, and a VGA digital camera with a maximum resolution of 640x480 pixels. It has support for polyphonic ring tones in MIDI and SMAF formats, with 2 MiB of internal memory. Also included are a phone book, date book, calculator, and alarm clock. A connection to the Internet is available through GPRS or WAP. Five games are integrated into the phone: Magic II and Bubble Tea, puzzle games; Bowling, a ten-pin bowling simulator; Big 2 Garden, a card game; and Pacific Storm, an aerial shooter.

- There are two unlisted functions on the phone: a mode which gives information about the phone's software can be found by entering #02# on the main screen, while a test mode is available by entering #09#.
