[edit] Trivia
- The Sacred Heart Hospital staff photo is actually a staff photo of the Scrubs cast and crew. Bill Lawrence is in blue scrubs at the bottom. Jordan is holding Jack, and even Rowdy (or possibly Steven) the dog makes an appearance.
- In the scene where Kelso crashes into another hospital employee, he is wearing in-line skates in one shot, but he is wearing shoes with wheels attached in the next shot.
- J.D.'s screenplay, Dr. Acula, is a joke from comedian Mitch Hedberg, and was mentioned in the movie Ed Wood as a way to utilize Bela Lugosi without violating the copyright held on Dracula.
