The unicameral National Assembly of Togo is the country's legislative body.

The current National Assembly, formed following elections held on 27 October 2002, has a total of 81 members who are elected in single-member constituencies using the two-round (or Run-off) system. Members serve five-year terms.

Political party distribution in the current National Assembly is as follows:

Rally of the Togolese People (RPT) - 72 Seats
Rally for the Support of Democracy and Development (RSDD) - 3 Seats
Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS) - 2 Seats
Togolese Youth Movement (JUVENTO) - 2 Seats
Believers' Movement for Equality and Peace (MOCEP) - 1 Seat
Independent - 1 Seat

Six women occupy seats in the National Assembly.

Abass Bonfoh is the current president of the National Assembly.
