New York State Route 170 is a state highway in Central New York, running from the city of Little Falls to the town of Fairfield, in Herkimer County.
NY 170 begins as East Monroe Street in Little Falls, at its intersection with North Ann Street and West Monroe Street, which are NY 169.
NY 170 starts heading in an easterly direction, turning left and climbing a steep hill before passing the municipal golf course and leaving the city.
In Little Falls, an erroneous North NY 170 sign appears as NY 169 leaves its triplex with NY 5 and NY 167. The sign could probably read "To" NY 170.
