New York State Route 309 is a short state highway located entirely in Fulton County.

NY 309 begins in downtown Gloversville at NY 29A as Bleecker Street. It turns left at West 11th Avenue, then leaves the city. The road enters the Adirondack Park over a mile from its northern terminus at Fulton County Route 112 in the Town of Bleecker.
NY 309 is the access to the Woodworth Lake Boy Scout Reservation.
