New York State Route 812 is a state highway in the northern part of New York, USA.
The northern end of the highway is the border of Canada, where it crosses the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge and connects with Ontario Highway 16 (which connects with Highway 401 and becomes Highway 416 to Ottawa-Hull, Canada).
The south end is in the Village of Lowville in Lewis County, at the intersection of New York State Route 12 and New York State Route 26.

The segment of NY 812 between Lowville and Croghan was originally signed as NY 26A. The segment between De Kalb and Ogdensburg was signed as NY 87.
