Night of the Living Guacamole is an episode from the TV series, El Tigre. Its first screening and premier was on January 19, 2007 in the first ever Nickelodeon Creative Summit to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico as a special treat for the 60 exclusive attendees. However it officially aired on February 19, 2007

Manny sneaks into his grandpapi's room and steals a magazine for supervillains. He sees an ad and wants to buy a laser tattoo maker from it. However, Rodolfo won't let him, saying that tattoos are evil. After that, Rodolfo, Granpapi, and Manny decide to watch a yearly soccer game with superheroes vs. supervillains. Rodolfo said that this year, he has a special treat: guacamole. However, Grandpapi has not bought the guacamole (despite the fact that Rodolfo gave him the money). They argue about who's going to buy it for a bit until Manny volunteers to buy it (actually planning to use the money to buy the tattoo maker). Frida tries to talk some sense into him until she finds out what Manny wants to buy with the money. Manny resists the urge and decides to buy the guacamole. At the store, they meet a mysterious woman who gives them guacamole for free. They get it and buy the tattoo maker. The woman turns out to be a villain named Dr. Chipotle Jr., who is seeking revenge after El Tigre arrested his father. When Frida and Manny get to Manny's house, they give Roldolfo and Grandpapi the guacamole, which they soon finish. Frida prepares to give Manny a tattoo, when suddenly, Rodolfo and Grandpapi go after them as monsters. Dr. Chipotle Jr. appears on the Rivera's TV and tells Frida and Manny (now El Tigre) that since Rodolfo and Grandpapi ate the guacamole, he now has control over them. He commands them to destroy El Tigre. Shortly afterwards, he reveals the monsters' one weakness: REAL guacamole, without realizing that El Tigre was behind him. El Tigre has no choice but to return the tattoo maker and buy some. However, the store is sold out, so he runs to the Andes Mountains to get some. He comes back and, once the monsters see it, they turn back to normal. However, Dr. Chipotle Jr. commands the remains of the monsters to make one huge one. El Tigre tries to use the guacamole to stop it, but its thick skin makes it ineffective. El Tigre jumps into the monster's mouth, and shines it [?] inside the monster's stomach. The monster explodes. Frida then accidentally mentions to Rodolfo and Grandpapi the whole thing, including Manny using the money to buy the tattoo maker. As punishment, El Tigre and Frida smash avacadoes for guacamole for a year.

• This episode was the first to air. It aired on Feb. 19, 2007 as an advance screening of El Tigre.
• When Rodolfo asks Grandpapi where the guacamole is, his sombrero is stuffed with money. However, when Manny walks into the living room, there is no money.
• When El Tigre says, "Hi, Mrs. Chichita!", if you play it frame-by-frame (by using a DVR) or look closely, you can see that his mouth doesn't move.
• First appearance of Dr. Chipotle Jr./Diego.
• When this episode aired as an advance screening, Sole of a Hero was in the credits, revealing that these episodes are paired together.
• When El Tigre aired on March 3rd, this episode was paired with Fistful of Collars, instead of Sole of a Hero (only on Nickelodeon, not Nicktoons Network). However, now this episode airs paired with Sole of a Hero.
• The name of the guacamole (Guacamole De Los Angeles) is Spanish for "guacamole of the angels" which may explain why it "shines".
• When Frida points out that the television is not plugged in, it really never could have been, because they were thrown out of the building, and furthermore, upon further examination of the room they were in, there were no electrical outlets.
• When Manny and Frida are thrown through a hole in the wall by the acidic guacamole, they are in the family room, though, if you watch closely, there were no turns in Manny's room to the family room. Also, it shows earlier in the episode that Manny's room is on the side of the building. If they were to be thrown through his back wall, they would've fallen off the penthouse, not into a family room.
• After Manny lands on the taco stand, his scar is in his right eye. However, after the image of the clerk getting attacked by dogs, his scar is in his left eye.
• The Guacamole that is free is "Los Anglos", where as the true one is "Los Angeles".
• The title is an obvious spoof of Night of the Living Dead.
