Northern Mariana Islands Territory Constitution

The Constitution of the Northern Marianas Islands is the governing document of that United States territory, and was drafted and approved between 1976 and 1978. Being the constitution of a Federal territory the United States Congress reserves the right to alter, abolish or mandate amendments to it.
