It is VAZ-2103 (Lada 2103), because
- the 2101 has a single pair of headlights
- the 2102 is the station wagon/estate car of the 2101
- the 2103 has two pairs of headlights (like the car at the picture) (see also http://www.polizeiautos.de/show_one.php?id=1872)
- the 2104 is the station wagon/estate car of the 2103
- the 2105 has square headlights
- the 2106 has small differences in front of the car
