Pandaveswar is a town/ CD Block in Durgapur [1] subdivistion in Bardhaman district of the Indian state of West Bengal. It is located on the south bank of Ajay River. There is an all-weather rail bridge and fair weather road bridge across the Ajay at this place.
During World War II there was an American airbase at Pandaveswar. [2]

Pandaveswar is a coal mining area. [4] One of the area headquarters of Eastern Coalfields Ltd., a subsidiary of Coal India Limited are located here. [5]

Pandaveswar is 20 km from Ondal on the Ondal-Sainthia line of Eastern Railway. [6] It is on NH 60.
