Whoever posted the evolution lines and attack is making stuff up. Panimon only appeared for all of 3 panels in V-Tamer, and only in the background. He has no cards, appears in no other products, and has no attacks or known evolution lines.
Despite all this, it is most likely that he is an Ultimate (Mega) level Digimon, the same as Kallismon, as he was originally planned to do battle with Dominimon, and was supposedly created the same way as Kallismon.
Don't add the attacks or anything back.
