Paradoxurus is a genus of civets in one of the palm civet subfamilies, Paradoxurinae. There are three species, one of which is common over tropical Asia, while the other two are less common and limited in locality:
- Common Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus), India and Southeast Asia
- Golden Palm Civet (Paradoxurus zeylonensis), Sri Lanka
- Jerdon's Palm Civet (Paradoxurus jerdoni), Kerala
