Park Place Mall or Park Place Shopping Centre, built in 1988, is the largest mall in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. The 42,735 m2 (460,000 sq ft)[1] mall covers four city blocks downtown and includes over 100 stores, including one anchor store, Sears, and key tenants Chapters, Galaxy Cinemas, Michaels, Staples, and Winners.[1] The mall is managed by the Oxford Retail Group. It was expanded in 1996 and renovated in 2001.[1]
The mall's property is leased from the City of Lethbridge and the Province of Alberta until 2 August 2018, with four ten-year options and one five-year option thereafter.[1]
