Patrick Cowan

Patrick Cowan is the starting quarterback for the UCLA Bruins football team. He is a redshirt sophomore. Cowan earned the starting job after quarterback Ben Olson was injured. After taking over, Cowan played well enough to earn the starting job outright. The greatest moment of his young career came when he led the Bruins to a 13-9 upset over the #2 USC Trojans on December 2, 2006. With the win, the Bruins qualified for the Emerald Bowl against Florida State.
Pat Cowan played at UCLA alongside his brother, Joe Cowan.
