Pickle or pickling may refer to:
In Food:
- Pickling, the process of preserving a food by soaking and storing it in a brine
- Pickled cucumber, most commonly referred to as a pickle in the US and Canada
- Gherkin, sold mostly in British fish and chips shops
- Polish style pickled cucumber
- Indian pickle, a type of pickle involving strong Indian spices
- Mixed pickle, various pickled fruits and vegetables (invariably including chili peppers) suspended in vegetable oil, common Indian cuisine
