- First of all, it's not in an article, which is a requirement for Featured Pictures. Second, what is the subject supposed to be? If it's the birds, they're too small. If it's the buildings in the background, they aren't prominent enough. --Pharaoh Hound (talk) 17:38, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
