A pledge is an oath. It may also refer to:
- a toast during the act of drinking in honor of someone; a warrant or assurance.
- Pledge of Allegiance, used in the US
- Pledge or New Member, sometimes used to describe a new member of a fraternity or sorority
- Pledge (law), a bailment of personal property as a security for a debt
- An item to be sold to a pawnbroker
