Prange Way

Prange Way was a chain of discount stores owned by the H.C. Prange Co. of Sheboygan, Wisconsin which began as a Filene's Basement-type discount shop in the basement of the flagship Prange building, in 1911, then became a discount retailer in the vein of Kmart, Wal-Mart and Target. They had many locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. The chain was reported to have gone bankrupt in 1997.
