Prudy Taylor Board

Prudy Taylor Board (born 21 December 1933), who also writes under the name Pudence F. Board, is an award-winning author and editor. She was born in Florida.
With more than 1,000 magazine and newspaper articles published, she has also authored several novels and many nonfiction books in addition to Travel books about Florida and the Caribbean. A former reporter/feature writer she has edited newspapers, magazines and newsletters as well as worked as an assignment editor and beat reporter for WINK-TV (CBS) and WBBH-TV (NBC). In addition, she has been a public information officer for the Lee County, Florida Sheriff department. Her novels are primarily set in Florida and the Caribbean.
She's also written about travel in Florida and the Caribbean and has written the forward to books for other authors such as Joshua James William Skaug.
ABoard has interviewed murderers, politicians, first ladies and CEOs, all of which she considers "grist" for her novels.
