O proselitismo é o intento, zelo, diligência, empenho activo e activista de converter a uma ou várias pessoas a uma determinada causa ou religião.
s.m. Zelo ou diligência em fazer prosélitos: o proselitismo religioso. Tentar convencer alguém a se converter nas suas idéias ou crença.
