If you look at the original list (which I compiled and am legally able to issue a license for) it was originally free to distribute for non commercial use. Because it is basically just a list of data (which the company paid to verify each contact with) it is difficult to really claim any copyright anyway. Thus, I have put the original document into the Public Domain, so there can not possibly be any arguement about the legality of using it here, since I am the original author. You can email me at the address on that page if you need verification. ;)

The original is at http://hottan.com/text/state-regulations/index.html and is deep linked by other sites (with permission). It now shows a Public Domain notice. For Wikipedia, I though it best to NOT link to it, since it is obviously a commercial site, and instead create the new page of text with no reference as to the original site or author. No talk, just deleted? I replaced but the formatting is kinda ugly. Will clean it up later. It is clearly licensed (and is a list, so technically, it CAN'T be copyrighted....) and is informational. It is based on other available lists and verification. Perhaps someone should bring up the issue in TALK before simply deleting. Pharmboy 02:03, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
