User has re-created an article placed for Afd Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Yogani, to which the concensus was Userfy, the reason being blatant self-promotion. The article is Yogani.
Although comparing edit summaries shows little similarity (apart from both users editing the same article), this could be because of the relatively few edits made by each user. These edits made to a select few articles however, show the interests both users have in common.
It could be that User:Mdyogi is a separate user, however re-creating essentialy the same article in a different format merits looking into. Clerk note: the article was deleted at the AfD discussion linked above on July 28, 2006. The article was recreated yesterday, and subsiquentally tagged (and deleted) as a G4.[1] However, it was overturned by the deleting admin (Chairboy), citing a restoring summary New content, good faith effort to recreate article,[2] and then removed the G4 tag on the restored version stating "Removing speedy tag, does not appear to meet G4". There was a discussion on Chairboy's user talk about the deletion by one of the named parties.[3] Oh, and
