- Code Letter: E
Similar usernames. Very similar edit history, with the same reverts and edits being made from both accounts. Suspect that User:Sir Joestar is a sockpuppet being used to avoid violating 3RR with User:Star80. Hong Qi Gong (Talk - Contribs) 21:18, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
Clerk note • This sounds very much like using socks to avoid a 3RR violation, so I have listed the code letter as E. Can you please list four diffs showing the 3RR violation? Cheers, ✎ Peter M Dodge ( Talk to Me • Neutrality Project ) 21:16, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
- Upon closer inspection, it looks like, assuming one of these accounts is in fact a sock, the editor had actually avoided a 3RR violation by an hour.
- You can see from the comments left by both accounts in edit summaries and also on Talk:Japan and Talk:Hibari Misora that their grammar is very similiar. But this may be a non-issue after all. I'll leave you to decide if anything ought to be done. Hong Qi Gong (Talk - Contribs) 21:57, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
