I think User:Proabivouac might be User:Timothy Usher based on the his editing-styles, the type of arguments he makes, the articles he edits and users he interacts with. I don't mean this to be any offense to any of these users. In that case, I apologize from the beginning. Also, I don't want this to mean that I don't trust User:Timothy Usher's words. I have struggled a lot on filing this CheckUser request.
Also, the first edit of User:Proabivouac is [2] which indicates previous experience in wikipedia. This account was created after User:Timothy Usher was placed on ban.
Please note the time span between User Timothy Usher's two last edits and the article he edited: [3]. It is the same article as the article Proabivouac made his first comment. Please see the last edit of Timothy Usher [4]. It was followed by an edit from User:Proabivouac after 14 minutes. That edit from User:Timothy Usher is also strange since it seems it is a concern raised by someone already involved in the article.
I think Users under probation should not start a new account. Also, User:Proabivouac has made some incivil comments such as [5] against User:FayssalF and by commenting on other userpages tried to make a negative picture of him in the community.

The dispute with Szvest started when an admin filed an RfC and involved himself in a content dispute at the same time. If the checkuser cleck thinks that this is at all relevant he/she should read the RfC page. Arrow740 23:08, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
