Robofest
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Robofest is a competition for 5-12 graders where a team of up to 5 members builds and programs 2 robots to complete 4 missions in 2 minutes autonomously. It is similar to FIRST Lego League, but while FLL limits your robots to being made of Lego mindstorms, Robofest lets you use any robotic system. And in FLL you are only allowed to use parts manafactured by Lego, stopping you from using string, glue etc., Robofest allows you to use anything you want. Robofest is sponsored by Lawrence Technilogical University and is held annually.
