Rolf Sørensen (born 20 April 1965) is a former Danish professional road bicycle racer. He is the most successful Danish bicycle racer ever, with his 53 victories over 17 seasons. He is currently working as a cycling commentator and agent. Born in Helsinge in Denmark, Sørensen moved to Italy at the age of 17, where he has lived since. Many Italians consider him an Italian, and he goes under the name Il Biondo due to his blonde hair. He is married to Susanne.

He won individual stages in the 1994 and 1996 Tour de France. He also won the team time trial twice, once with Rabobank and in 1991 Tour de France with Ariostea. After the team time trial victory he also won the yellow jersey as the leader of the race, which he kept until he broke his collar bone at a later stage. In 1991 he was also ahead in the UCI Road World Cup. He was the last rider to have both jerseys at the same time. With 11 days in the yellow jersey, he is the Danish rider who has worn it the most. Rolf Sørensen participated in the Tour seven times, the last in 2001. He has also won a number of stages in different stage races, including stage 9 of the 1995 Giro d'Italia.
