Sakura Wars Gōka-Kenran (サクラ大戦 轟華絢爛 Sakura Taisen: Gouka Kenran?) is the second anime OVA series based on the game, "Sakura Wars".

After the ending of Sakura Wars 2, the leader of the "Teikoku-Kageki-Dan", Ichirō Oogami is forced to go to Paris, France, from Tokyo by the Japanese navy. This animation series tells about his farewell with the members of the "Teikoku-Kageki-Dan". In each story, Ichirō reminises about one member.

The theme song "Geki! Teikoku-Kageki-Dan" remains the same but is sung by a different character each episode. By watching every episode, one can listen to the many versions of the song.
