IMDb profile |
Scariest Places On Earth is a United States/American paranormal television show produced by Triage Entertainment for Fox Family Channel, and now ABC Family, which now owns the rights to the show. The show deals with purported cases of the paranormal and hauntings and also features a "reality TV"-style investigation by an ordinary family of a supposedly haunted location. Episodes fit into a 60 minute time slot. The show is primarily light entertainment and extremely sensational, and so the historical claims in some episodes should be treated with skepticism. The show has been accused of fabricating events.[1]
The show is presented by Linda Blair of the film The Exorcist and narrated by Zelda Rubinstein , most famous for her role as the clairvoyant, Tangina Barrons in the Poltergeist film series. Alan Robson, a UK radio DJ, writer, exorcist and television presenter, has acted as an "onsite correspondant" for "Scariest Places On Earth".
