I've long been editing Wikipedia articles for about 3 years now, however I didn't bother to register, until I found out in order for me to create new articles I have to be a registered user (hehehe...Ü). I've also registered an account around June 2004, but I have long forgotten my password for it, hence I have to come up with this new user account which I registered on April 5, 2006.
I'm particularly interested with Philippine-related articles and hope to raise or elevate them to the standards and sophistication of U.S.-related ones, especially those that deal with the government. I still have a lot to learn about formats and standards though.

I'd like to get in touch with Filipino Wikipedians, I have a lot to learn. And I admire those who have come up with extensive and sophisticated articles especially those that deal with the Philippines.

[edit] Commonwealth Congress
But there was a plebiscite in 1940 that abolished the National Assembly and replaced it with the 1st Congress of the Commonwealth of the Philippines which convened only in June 1945. That why it should be made 1st Congress of the Commonwealth of the Philippines or Commonwealth Congress in the Template:PhilippineLegislatures OKay. Plus your book had an error which was corrected by the Philippine National Historical Institute and i have the corrections. Ü — rizalninoynapoleon 17:10, 28 March 2007 (UTC)
