Serginho, full name Sergio Claudio dos Santos (born June 27, 1971 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian footballer, who plays as a left winger and left-back for A.C. Milan. He moved there from São Paulo in 1999. He played for Cruzeiro EC and Esporte Clube Bahia as well. He has also been capped for the Brazilian national team. At AC Milan, Seginho has always been a fringe player, starting on the bench but usually being the first substitute. Serginho won the 2003 UEFA Champions league with AC Milan, scoring AC Milans 1st penalty on the shootout. In 2005 Milan made the champions league final again but lost on penalties, with Serginho shooting over the crossbar. Serginho is best remembered for his brilliant individual performance in the 2001 derby against Inter, which Milan won 6-0.
