Hajjmega Industries | ||||||||||||||||||

[edit] History
Hajjmega Industries was founded in 2003, under the name "Shadow Inc". The company founded its basis by selling pirated forms of media to the masses. The company's illegal business practices lead to numerous run-ins with the law, most notably a threat from PBS' lawyers ordering a cease and desist.
Several months later, the company was reformed under the name, "Jo*Mega Industries". Similar to its predecessor, the company collected income by "importing and exporting random goods" over the Internet. The company, which operated out of the basement of high school, gained much popularity around the north side of Chicago. Following an abrupt metamorphosis, the company was renamed, "Hajjmega Industries"
Over its three years of existence, the company has ran into several confrontations with legal forces, most notably the stand off with AltaVista and Tripod.com Hosting. The company has also come under fire from various environmentalists regarding Hajjmega’s testing of Napalm in the forests of Skokie, IL.
The company is currently co-owned by Jack Lambert, the owner of the One-Eyed Weasel Corporation. In 2006, the company’s owners alledgly converted the company into a fight club, currently situated in an abandoned warehouse in Skokie’s industrial district. Company owner Joe F responded, In our hearts, we always knew we were headbussaz.”, when questioned. [1]

[edit] 2006 NFL Draft
Subject: Anthrax Scare in Indy
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -- Indianapolis Colts football practice was delayed nearly two hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the practice field. Head coach Tony Dungy immediately suspended practice while police and federal investigators were called to investigate. After a complete analysis, FBI forensic experts determined that the white substance unknown to the players was the goal line.
Practice resumed after special agents decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again...

To coordinate numbers, the previous blanking 2, 3, and 4 templates have been moved because they were out of sync with the numbering usage with other templates. The old templates, though not listed, can still be used as they redirect to the new name and number.
The numbering system being used across the templates is simple:
- 0. Good faith edit
- 1. General note
- 2. Could be seen as vandalism
- 3. Warning to stop
- 4. Final warning
- 5. Blocked
- 6. Blocked plus severe warning
If you are creating new templates, please follow the numbers above, even if you are not creating templates using all the numbers. That way, by using the right number, users will be able to know automatically what category of message the template refers to.

[edit] Breakthrough success
Linkin Park released Hybrid Theory on October 24, 2000. The album, which represented nearly half a decade’s worth of the band’s work, was edited and polished by music producer Don Gilmore within less than a year.[6] Hybrid Theory was well received by music fans; The band sold more than 4.8 million records during its debut year, while singles such as Crawling and One Step Closer established themselves as staples among Alternative Rock radio playlists during the year.[7] Additionally, other singles from the album were featured in movies such as Dracula 2000, Little Nicky, and Valentine.[7] Hybrid Theory was also nominated for three Grammy Awards, including best new artist, best rock album, and best hard rock performance (for Crawling).[8] MTV also awarded the band their Best Rock Video and Best Direction awards for In the End.[6] Though the band only won the Grammy for best hard rock performance, the Hybrid Theory's overall success had catapulted the band into the mainstream's attention.
During this time, the Linkin Park received many invitations to perform with many recognized tours and concerts including the Ozzfest, Family Values Tour and KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas.[7][9] The band also formed their own tour, Projekt Revolution, which featured other notable artists such as, Cypress Hill, Adema, and Snoop Dog.[10] Within a year's stretch, Linkin Park had performed at over 320 concerts.[6] The experiences and performances of the precocious band were documented in their first DVD, Frat Party at the Pankake Festival, which debuted in November of 2001. Now reunited with former bassist Dave Farrel, the band began work on a remix album, dubbed Reanimation, which would include works from Hybrid Theory and Hybrid Theory EP.[7] The album debuted on July 30, 2002, featuring the likes of Black Thought, Jonathan Davis, Aaron Lewis, and many others.[11] Reanimation claimed the second spot on the Billboard 200, and sold nearly 860,000 copes during its debut week.[12]
[edit] Meteora debuts
Following the success of Hybrid Theory and Reanimation, Linkin Park's primarily spent their time touring around the world. The band began to work on new material amidst the saturated schedule, spending portions of their tour bus' mini-studio.[13]
