Sorin Paraschiv, (born in 17 June 1981 in Alexandria), is a Romanian football player for Steaua Bucureşti and the Romanian national team.
He is currently the oldest player in the Steaua Bucharest's squad, as he made his debut for the Romanian giants in 1999. He also shares with George Ogăraru the title of the best product of Steaua Youth Academy during the '90s.

After being a member of the Steaua Youth Academy, where Paraschiv started to play football in 1992, aged 11, in 1999, aged 18, he signed his first professional contract with Steaua, the only team he played for.

As of August 31, 2006, Paraschiv won four caps for Romania.
