Virginia State Route 645, is a road that runs in southern Fairfax County. It is the main road through the town of Clifton, VA.

(From west to east)

• From starting terminus to the town of Clifton, VA speed limit is 45 M.P.H.
• In the town of Clifton, VA speed limit is 25 M.P.H.
• From there until the junction with Ox Road speed limit 35 M.P.H.
• After junction with Ox Road until second Rte. 643 junction speed limit is 40 M.P.H.
• Until junction with Braddock Road; speed limit is 35 M.P.H. despite having four lanes
