- Meg: Primal Waters (Meg 3): Eighteen years after Angel disappeared into the Mariana Trench, Jonas Taylor and his wife are faced with a number of problems, both financial and otherwise. But when Jonas is offered a chance to appear on the hit reality series "Daredevils", little does he realize that an old enemy is plotting against him, and that Angel has surfaced again... and she's not alone.
- Meg: Hell's Aquarium (Meg 4): Set to be released prior to the Meg movie's release, this novel is set primarily in an area of the Atlantic known as Hell's Aquarium, with other bizarre creatures from the past that still lurk in its depths. Now, Jonas Taylor must lead the megalodon Angel on a mission to rescue his son from the nightmarish region.
- Domain
- Domain: The first in a trilogy. Mick Gabriel, incarcerated in a mental institution, is convinced the end is coming on the winter solstice of 2012, in accordance with a Mayan doomday prophecy. What's more, only he can stop it... and save the souls of humanity from an ancient evil. But it will take the help of intern Dominique Vasquez, the only woman who can release him so that he may fulfill his destiny.
- Resurrection (Domain 2): Michael Gabriel vanished at the end of Domain, heading into a battle to save the human race. But now, as foretold in the ancient legends, Michael's sons are born. White-haired, azure-eyed Jacob knows from birth that he is meant for more. His dark-haired twin, Immanuel, desires only a normal life. But their combined powers are said to be able to resurrect their father, in order to save humanity from its own path of self-destruction. Yet there is another child: Lilith, who shares their genetic gifts, is headed down a darker path that will lead to certain doom for all... unless the twins and their father can stop her.
- Phobos (Domain 3): Humanity's timeline has looped again, and with this loop the spaceship Balam has returned to Earth. Immanuel Gabriel discovers the key to humanity's future, hidden on Mars' moon of Phobos... where his parents are being held in stasis. But Manny must also face an old enemy, his Hunapuh cousin Lilith.
(Note, phobos has not yet been released. "Its release depends on what happens with the dramatic rights for DOMAIN"- Steve Alten)
- Goliath
- Goliath: Humanity is both endangered and protected by the gigantic super-submarine of the title, captained by a man who intends to save the world from its own foolishness and cruelty, destroying select human monsters who would rule through terror. Only the former Army captain Gunnar Wolfe and his ex-fiance "Rocky" Jackson can put a stop to these plans, if they can ever stop fighting each other. But there's an even greater threat: Sorceress, the submarine's artificial brain, has become sentient... and is making plans of its own, to wipe out all of humanity rather than a few individuals.
- Sorceress (Goliath 2): The A.I. Sorceress has been retrieved and purged of its links to its creator, Simon Covah, so that it may be used as part of a mission to the watery moon of Europa. But to ensure that Sorceress's purging is complete, the scientists who revived it must offer the computer access to the one man who defeated it: Gunnar Wolfe. He, along with his wife Rocky, must live in an underwater compound run by Sorceress as part of the preparations for its voyage into space. Yet there is more at stake here than any of the three realize...
